Neeliyam takes its name from our family's ancestral home, Neeliyath, in Kerala. It represents our roots, our heritage, and the values that guide everything we do—warm hospitality, genuine care, and treating every guest as we would welcome them into our own home.

Originally from Hungary, Edit discovered India through the eyes of a first-time international traveller. After making India her home, she developed a deep appreciation for its cultures, traditions, and incredible diversity. Today she combines a European traveller's perspective with years of firsthand experience to help guests prepare for India, understand what to expect, and design journeys that are both comfortable and deeply personal.
